Step 1

Disassemble all the separable parts of the RC truck. Take apart tires, plastic body parts, electronic parts, engine, and wheels carefully. If your RC truck includes any protective cover on the engine, remove that too. Now keep all the small equipment separately in a box so that they don’t get misplaced. If you are doing this for the first time, mark them where to fit them again during reassembling.

Now start cleaning. You should begin with wheels. They are as important as the engine of your RC device. They ensure smooth riding. Separate them and carry to a sink to clean. It’s recommended to clean them with slightly warm water.

First, clean them using your hand. Then rub soap thoroughly one by one. Now brush them gently so that hard grim and dirt get removed properly. Clean rim and each side of the wheels nicely. Then dry them, either with a clean damp cloth or naturally in the air.
